We fully leverage our buying power and network of salespeople to deliver our clients the lowest room rates, food & beverage minimums, space rental fees and much more. Protecting our clients is an ongoing process in which we take tremendous pride and it all begins with a favorable contract.
The process of sending out an RFP, gathering the information from each hotel, compiling the data in an easy-to-read report with detailed information from each property and negotiating the contract is completely complimentary to our clients as the hotels pay us a placement fee as their cost of doing business.
Our involvement in the hotel site selection process will in no way increase your room rates. In fact, we are very confident that we will secure for you better rates than if you were to call the hotels directly yourself due to the sheer volume of business we do each year with hotels all over the world.
